Chart will provide breakfast snacks and lunches on training days. There are also breakfast options at the hotels and local restaurants like Cracker Barrel nearby.
What is the dress code for the course?
The dress code is casual to business semi-casual. For safety reasons, open-toe shoes, sandals, or shorts are not allowed during the plant tour.
Is there a group dinner or networking event as part of the course?
No, not for this training.
What safety measures are required for the manufacturing plant tour?
Safety equipment will be provided. Cameras, open-toe shoes, and shorts are not permitted in the manufacturing area.
What is the cancellation policy for the course?

How can I prepare for the training?

Hotels do not provide shuttle service to and from the airport or Chart's facility.
Uber and taxi fares are about $80.00 - $100.00 USD one way (estimate).
The Holiday Inn, Candlewood Inn and Hampton Inn of Lakeville are approximately 20 minutes from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and 30 minutes from Chart's campus. Travel time depends greatly on traffic.
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation between the airport, the hotel, and Chart's facility.
